Werk om trots op te zijn

Je draagt als projectmanager bij ProRail direct bij aan een groener en mobieler Nederland. Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor grote infrastructurele projecten in en om de Stations die maatschappelijke impact hebben en vragen om risicomanagement, draagvlak, planning en transparantie. Het doel is om projecten op basis van tijd, geld en scope zo goed mogelijk in te richten. Intern voor je team, maar ook extern voor ingenieursbureaus en aannemers, ben je het aanspreekpunt. De samenwerking in je team -en daarbuiten- is daarbij enorm belangrijk. Als projectmanager ben je ook werkinhoudelijk leidinggevende en stuur je dus je teamleden aan en zet ze in hun kracht.

Daarnaast houd jij je bezig met het:

  • Rapporteren van de voortgang van projecten.
  • Overdragen van gerealiseerde infra aan de beheerder.
  • Functioneel inzetten van je netwerk.

Voor jou als projectmanager is er plek in ons team stationsprojecten binnen de bedrijfseenheid Projecten. Hier ontwikkelen en werken we samen aan nieuwbouw, het onderhoud en het uitbreiden van onze prachtige stations en fietsparkeervoorzieningen. Dit doen we met thema’s als veiligheid, klimaat en duurzaamheid in ons hart. Je werk is veelzijdig aangezien ProRail een publieke en maatschappelijke organisatie veel stakeholders kent met tegengestelde belangen. Denk hierbij aan de klant, de omgeving, met name gemeenten en ProRail zelf. In dit complexe speelveld word je waar nodig bijgestaan door een team van projectmanagers én je coachende leidinggevende. Tijdens de sollicitatieprocedure wordt duidelijk projectportefeuille het best bij jou past.

Jouw arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 5.860, - en € 8,972, - obv 36 uur per week, schaal 10
  • Direct een vast contract. Wij hebben vertrouwen in jou.
  • De ruimte om te werken waar én wanneer je wilt. Inclusief een thuiswerkvergoeding.
  • 170 vrije uren én de optie om tot 4 weken verlof bij te kopen vanuit jouw IKB.
  • Een NS-Business Card met TreinVrij of vaste kilometervergoeding (€ 0,25 per kilometer onbelast bij maximaal 120 kilometer retour per dag).
  • Een persoonlijk ontwikkelbudget tot € 1.000, - per jaar. Ontwikkelen is bij ProRail de normaalste zaak.
  • 13,61% van jouw brutosalaris in de vorm van een Individueel KeuzeBudget (IKB). Aan jou de keuze waar je dit voor inzet. Dit budget is inclusief 8% vakantietoeslag en 3,25% decemberuitkering.
  • Bij ouderschapsverlof worden jouw pensioenkosten tot 26 weken door ons doorbetaald.

Jouw inbreng

Bij ProRail vinden wij het belangrijk dat jij gewoon jezelf kan zijn. Daarom zijn wij benieuwd naar wie jij bent. Voor deze functie breng je sowieso mee:

  • Een wo-diploma in een relevante richting (bedrijfskunde, bestuurskunde).
  • Drie tot vijf jaar ervaring als projectmanager.
  • Mondelinge communicatie: Je spreekt duidelijk, kan je mening overbrengen en past je taal aan de luisteraar aan.
  • Plannen en aansturen van projecten: Je organiseert projecten en verdeelt verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Besluitvaardigheid: Je herkent kansen en problemen, hakt knopen door en onderneemt gericht actie.
