Jij vertaalt complexe vraagstukken naar een resultaatgerichte aanpak binnen je teams.

Werk om trots op te zijn

We werken er continu aan om spoorse assets – risico gestuurd en op basis van betrouwbare assetinformatie- op tijd te vervangen en te onderhouden. Hiermee dragen we bij aan de totstandkoming van het functiehandhavingsportfolio dat input vormt voor het masterplan van ProRail. Ons doel is om een nog voorspelbaardere (interne) opdrachtgever te zijn voor de vervangingsprojecten. Als senior adviseur stuur je teams aan in het realiseren van resultaten en richt je daarbij op vergroten van kennis binnen de teams. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan verder voornamelijk onder andere uit:

  • Je signaleert zelfstandig en acteert proactief op randzaken die invloed hebben op de resultaten binnen je team.
  • Je zorgt voor structuur, overzicht en samenhang binnen het werk van de teams en onderhoudt relaties met interne stakeholders en bent daarin oplossingsgericht.
  • Je ontwikkelt kaders en werkwijzen die bijdragen aan doorontwikkeling van je teams.
  • Je coördineert en pakt de leiding in het analyseren van risico’s en draagt bij aan meer betrouwbaarheid van de spoorse assets.
  • Je faciliteert en initieert samenwerking tussen verschillende hoofdprocessen binnen je teams.

Je wordt aangestuurd door de lokaal manager asset focus en bent onderdeel van het team Asset Focus. In de aansturing ligt de focus op het identificeren van asset risico’s, inventariseren, analyseren en prioriteren o.b.v. asset bedrijfswaarden, ontwikkelen van asset faal- en risicomodellen en beheren van het risicoregister om trends en noodzakelijke maatregelen inzichtelijk te maken.

Jouw arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 5.860,- en € 8.972,- o.b.v. 36 uur per week, schaal 10.
  • Daarbovenop 13,61% van jouw bruto salaris in de vorm van een Individueel Keuze Budget (IKB). Dit budget is inclusief 8% vakantietoeslag en 3,25% decemberuitkering.
  • Direct een vast contract. Wij hebben vertrouwen in jou.
  • 170 vakantie-uren én de optie om tot 185 extra vakantie-uren bij te kopen vanuit jouw IKB.
  • Een NS-Business Card met Treinvrij (en een NS-Businesscard Daluren voor directe gezinsleden). Of een kilometervergoeding van € 0,25/km onbelast bij maximaal 120 kilometer per dag.
  • Een goed pensioen bij Rail & OV: een sterk fonds dat vooroploopt in duurzaam beleggen. Zit je nu in een ander fonds? Houd er rekening mee dat Rail & OV op 1 januari 2026 al overstapte op het nieuwe pensioenstelsel.

Jouw inbreng

Bij ProRail vinden wij het belangrijk dat jij gewoon jezelf kan zijn. Daarom zijn wij benieuwd naar wie jij bent. Voor deze functie breng je sowieso mee:

  • Wo- werk- en -denkniveau, aangevuld met minimaal 10 jaar ervaring in de rol van aansturende en coachende transitiemanager binnen een complexe infrastructurele omgeving.
  • Ruime ervaring in verandertrajecten en actuele, urgentie dossiers, waarbij resultaatsturing centraal staat.
  • Ruime ervaring op het snijvlak van asset- en risicomanagement (begrip van systeem logica en beheerprocessen) en risicomodellen.
  • Ruime ervaring in het werken in een politiek sensitieve en complexe werkomgeving en daarbij sturend op strategische resultaten; je geeft daarbij richting aan en bent kaderstellend voor de resultaat bijdrage van het team.
  • Analytisch denken / Probleemoplossend vermogen: Je ordent informatie, legt verbanden en vindt oplossingen voor ingewikkelde vragen.
