Jouw arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Direct een vast contract. Wij hebben vertrouwen in jou.
  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € [bedrag],- en € [bedrag],- o.b.v. 36 uur per week, schaal [cijfer].
  • Daarbovenop 13,61% van jouw bruto salaris in de vorm van een Individueel KeuzeBudget (IKB). Dit budget is inclusief 8% vakantietoeslag en 3,25% decemberuitkering.
  • Jaarlijks een automatische loonsverhoging van 2,5% tot het maximum in de salarisschaal.
  • Een onregelmatigheidstoeslag.
  • Een bereikbaarheidsvergoeding.
  • Een inconveniëntentoeslag tot € [bedrag],- bruto per maand.
  • Een NS-Business Card met TreinVrij (en een NS-Businesscard Daluren voor directe gezinsleden). Of een kilometervergoeding van € 0,23/km onbelast bij maximaal 120 kilometer per dag.
  • Een persoonlijk ontwikkelbudget tot € 1.000,- per jaar. En veel mogelijkheden voor vakinhoudelijke studies en trainingen. Ontwikkelen is bij ProRail de normaalste zaak.
  • De mogelijkheid je studieschuld bij DUO af te lossen tot maximaal € 1.500,- (bruto-netto) vanuit je IKB. Na 12, 24 en 36 maanden in dienst kun je € 300,-, € 500,- en € 700,- aflossen.
  • Een fulltime werkweek van 36 uur en de mogelijkheid om parttime te werken.
  • Wij werken hybride, waardoor jij, samen met je team, bepaalt wanneer je thuis of op kantoor werkt. Bij thuiswerken krijg je een vergoeding van € 2,35 per dag.
  • 170 vakantie-uren én de optie om tot 185 extra vakantie-uren bij te kopen vanuit jouw IKB.
  • Voor roostergebonden functies: 144 wettelijke vakantie-uren bij een fulltime dienstverband. Vanaf 30 jaar ook bovenwettelijke vakantie-uren (zie CAO voor het aantal uren). Daarnaast kun je 144 uur extra vakantie-uren kopen van je IKB.
  • De mogelijkheid om maximaal 2 christelijke feestdagen in te ruilen voor een andere religieuze of culturele (feest)dag naar keuze.
  • Een mooie pensioenregeling bij het pensioenfonds Rail & OV.
  • 9 weken betaald ouderschapsverlof met een vergoeding van 85% van het maximumdagloon. Jouw pensioenkosten worden tot 26 weken door ons doorbetaald.
  • Een collectieve ziektekostenverzekering, dus een mooie korting op je premie bij VGZ en Zilveren Kruis.
  • Een leasefietsvergoeding van € 25,- netto per maand.
