Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConstruir fluxos de dados utilizando Alteryx.Automatizar rotinas e processos por meio de Python e SQL.Desenvolver dashboards e relatórios no Power BI.Apoiar as áreas de negócio com análises de dados e indicadores confiáveis.Realizar validação e reconciliação de dados entre diferentes fontes.Documentar e organizar workflows, garantindo padronização e rastreabilidade dos processos.Propor melhorias e automações para ganho de eficiência operacional.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou cursando em Engenharia, Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas afins.Conhecimento em SQL, incluindo consultas com joins, subconsultas, CTEs e agregações.Experiência com modelagem de dados, Power Query, DAX intermediário e publicação de relatórios no Power BI Service.Conhecimento em boas práticas de visualização e performance de relatórios no Power BI.Experiência na construção de workflows de ETL no Alteryx, utilizando entradas e saídas de dados, joins, unions, fórmulas, filtros e agregações.Conhecimento na criação de macros simples, agendamento de fluxos e organização de workflows no Alteryx.Conhecimento em Python para manipulação e tratamento de dados com pandas e numpy.Experiência em automação de rotinas, leitura de arquivos, integrações e geração de relatórios utilizando Python.Conhecimento em conexão com bancos de dados e noções de versionamento com Git.Boa comunicação com públicos não técnicos, visão de negócio, autonomia, organização e atenção aos detalhes.Proatividade para identificar oportunidades de melhoria e automação.Certificações ou cursos em SQL para análise de dados, Microsoft PL-300, Alteryx Designer Core, PCAP ou trilhas voltadas para análise de dados serão considerados diferenciais.
