What You’ll Do: Conduct roof inspections and assess repair or replacement needs Present roofing options and solutions to homeowners Follow up quickly with company-provided leads, referrals, and inbound opportunities Present financing and warranty options Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM Coordinate with production and permitting teams after sales Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Generate additional leads through referrals and self-sourced opportunities. Deliver dynamic, company-approved presentations to educate and inform homeowners. Maintain a professional and organized appearance, including vehicle and sales materials. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and trade shows. Ensure all necessary paperwork (contracts, financing, etc.) is properly completed.
