Bij Protect and Care zijn we een groeiend familiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in professionele beschermingsmaterialen zoals handschoenen, mondmaskers, schorten en andere wegwerpartikelen. Onze klanten zijn onder meer overheden, ziekenhuizen, zorgcentra en bedrijven in de bouw- en voedingsindustrie. Een belangrijk deel van onze activiteiten verloopt via tenders in de Benelux en Frankrijk.

Voor ons team zoeken we een Franstalige Bid & Tender Specialist / Sales Support.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je zoekt en analyseert Belgische en Franse tenders en begeleidt ze van A tot Z.
  • Je beoordeelt samen met sales en productmanagement aan welke tenders we deelnemen.
  • Je verzamelt informatie, vult dossiers in en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige indiening.
  • Je volgt gewonnen en verloren dossiers op en leert mee uit de resultaten.
  • Je ondersteunt sales bij offertes, klantencontacten en verkooporders.
  • Je volgt aankoop- en verkooporders, transporten en administratieve processen op.
  • Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en collega's.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die vloeiend Frans, Nederlands en Engels spreekt en graag met teksten en informatie werkt. Je hoeft geen jarenlange ervaring met tenders te hebben: als je nauwkeurig bent, graag bijleert en de juiste ingesteldheid hebt, leren wij je het vak.

Je bent:

  • communicatief en klantgericht;
  • nauwkeurig en administratief sterk;
  • proactief en oplossingsgericht;
  • niet bang om telefonisch contact op te nemen;
  • goed in plannen en deadlines bewaken;
  • iemand die makkelijk schakelt tussen verschillende dossiers;
  • een teamspeler, maar kunt ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid nemen;
  • comfortabel met Word, Excel en digitale communicatietools.

Ervaring met tenders of Microsoft Dynamics is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.

Kortom: je bent een echte schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers, sales, productmanagement, magazijn en management. Je zorgt ervoor dat informatie op het juiste moment bij de juiste persoon terechtkomt en dat dossiers niet blijven liggen.
