Responsável por executar a limpeza, higienização e conservação de ambientes internos e externos da empresa, garantindo que os espaços estejam organizados, seguros e adequados para o uso diário de colaboradores e visitantes. Sua atuação é fundamental para a manutenção da higiene, da imagem institucional e do bem-estar coletivo.

  • Executar a higienização de corredores, halls de entrada, portarias, elevadores, escadas, salão de festas, academia e outras áreas de uso coletivo.
  • Manter a limpeza e organização de garagens, jardins e áreas externas.
  • Limpar e higienizar pisos, paredes, portas, janelas, móveis e superfícies diversas, utilizando os produtos e equipamentos adequados.
  • Higienizar banheiros, lavabos e vestiários, incluindo pias, vasos sanitários, espelhos e acessórios.
  • Repor materiais de higiene e limpeza, como papel higiênico, sabonete, papel toalha, sacos de lixo e álcool em gel.
  • Realizar limpeza e manutenção de áreas externas, como pátios, calçadas e entradas.
  • Organizar e manter os materiais e equipamentos de limpeza em condições adequadas de uso e armazenamento.
  • Reportar à supervisão qualquer irregularidade, necessidade de manutenção ou falta de materiais.
  • Seguir normas de segurança, higiene e uso correto de Equipamentos de Proteção Individual (EPIs).
  • Atuará em Shopping Center, sob o regime de escala em conjunto com demais Faxineiras da equipe/turno.
