Voor Gemeente Oisterwijk zoeken wij een Beleidsadviseur Grondzaken met kennis van planologie. Je werkt aan strategische vraagstukken, gemeentelijk grondbeleid en complexe gebiedsontwikkelingen.Wat ga je doen?- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van integraal beleid voor grondzaken.- Adviseren over de inzet van gemeentelijke grondbeleidsinstrumenten.- Adviseren over grondverwerving, voorkeursrecht en planschade.- Bijdragen aan omgevingsplannen en aanvragen voor omgevingsvergunningen.- Leiden van projecten rond grondzaken en gebiedsontwikkeling in de visievormingsfase.- Samenwerken met de planeconoom om processen te verbeteren, risico's te signaleren en grondzaken binnen de organisatie te positioneren.Wat breng je mee?- Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in planologie, ruimtelijke ordening, vastgoed of bestuurskunde.- Kennis van gemeentelijke organisaties en ervaring met grondbeleid.- Kennis van grondverwerving, voorkeursrecht en planschade.- Ervaring met beleidsontwikkeling en projectleiding.- Politiek-bestuurlijke sensitiviteit en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.- Een verbindende, zelfstandige en resultaatgerichte werkwijze.Wat bieden wij?- Een uitdagende opdracht bij Gemeente Oisterwijk.- Een werkweek van 32 tot 36 uur.- Hybride werken, waarbij circa 75 procent van de uren op kantoor wordt gewerkt.- Start op 1 december 2026, tot 31 mei 2027, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging.- Arbeidsvoorwaarden passend bij een functie vergelijkbaar met schaal 11 cao Gemeenten.Je werkt via Protection op detacheringsbasis in loondienst.Interesse?
