Voor Gemeente Breda zoeken wij een ervaren inkoopadviseur die zelfstandig inkoop- en aanbestedingstrajecten begeleidt binnen het Ruimtelijk Economisch Domein.Wat ga je doen?Je adviseert projectleiders, opdrachtgevers en management over inkoopstrategieën, aanbestedingsprocedures en contractering.Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit:- Zelfstandig begeleiden van inkoop- en aanbestedingstrajecten.- Adviseren over rechtmatige en doelmatige inkoop.- Begeleiden van meervoudig onderhandse en Europese aanbestedingen.- Signaleren van risico's en kansen.- Ondersteunen van projectteams en interne opdrachtgevers.- Bijdragen aan kennisdeling binnen Team Inkoop.Wat breng je mee?- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding.- NEVI 1 of een gelijkwaardig diploma.- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in inkoop en aanbestedingen.- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als inkoopadviseur bij een overheidsorganisatie.- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring met het zelfstandig begeleiden van meervoudig onderhandse en Europese aanbestedingen.- Kennis van de Aanbestedingswet en relevante regelgeving.- Goede communicatieve en adviserende vaardigheden.Ervaring binnen het Ruimtelijk Economisch Domein is een pré.Wat bieden wij?- Een tijdelijke opdracht bij Gemeente Breda.- 32 uur per week.- Start op 16 november 2026.- Einddatum 15 februari 2027, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging.- Arbeidsvoorwaarden passend bij schaal 11 van de cao Gemeenten.- Detachering via Protection.Je werkt minimaal twee dagen per week op het Stadskantoor in Breda.Interesse?Stuur je cv naar <a href="mailto:[email protected]" rel="nofollow">[email protected]</a> of bekijk onze vacatures op <a href="http://www.protectionms.com" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.protectionms.com</a>.
