Voor Gemeente Breda zoeken wij een juridisch adviseur bezwaarschriften die juridische kwaliteit combineert met een praktische en zorgvuldige aanpak.Wat ga je doen?- Bezwaarschriften beoordelen en behandelen volgens de geldende wet- en regelgeving.- Onderzoeken of geschillen informeel kunnen worden opgelost.- Gesprekken voeren met bezwaarmakers en betrokken collega's.- Hoorzittingen voorbereiden en bijwonen.- Juridisch onderbouwde adviezen opstellen voor bestuur en organisatie.- Collega's adviseren over bestuursrechtelijke vraagstukken.Wat breng je mee?- Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Rechten; wo Nederlands Recht is een pre.- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als jurist en met de behandeling van bezwaarschriften.- Kennis van omgevingsrecht (Wabo), handhaving, APV, Opiumwet en Woo.- Actuele kennis van bestuursrecht en relevante regelgeving.- Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden.- Een analytische, zelfstandige en organisatiesensitieve werkwijze.Wat bieden wij?- Een tijdelijke detacheringsopdracht bij Gemeente Breda.- 18 tot 24 uur per week.- Start op 23 november 2026, tot 1 april 2027, met optie tot verlenging.- Arbeidsvoorwaarden passend bij schaal 11 van de cao Gemeenten.- Een afwisselende rol binnen Team Juridische Zaken.Je komt via Protection in loondienst.
