Je geeft constructieve feedback aan jeugdregisseurs, signaleert afwijkingen en knelpunten en vertaalt jouw bevindingen naar praktische verbeteringen in werkprocessen en werkinstructies.Voor deze functie zoeken wij een professional met minimaal twee jaar ervaring als kwaliteitsmedewerker binnen het sociaal domein en aantoonbare kennis en ervaring met de Jeugdwet.Juridisch kwaliteitsmedewerker Jeugd - Gemeente BredaMaak het verschil achter de besluiten die ertoe doen.Goede jeugdhulp begint bij zorgvuldige en juridisch juiste beslissingen. Dan biedt deze opdracht bij Gemeente Breda jou de kans om écht impact te maken.Protection zoekt een juridisch kwaliteitsmedewerker Jeugd die verder kijkt dan het controleren van dossiers.Wat ga je doen?Binnen Team Regisseurs Jeugd bewaak en verbeter je de juridische kwaliteit van jeugdhulpbesluiten. Je toetst beschikkingen en toewijzingen aan de Jeugdwet en gemeentelijke regelgeving, adviseert jeugdregisseurs en signaleert kansen om processen te verbeteren.Je combineert juridische scherpte met gevoel voor de uitvoeringspraktijk.
