Voor de ABG-organisatie zoeken wij een nauwkeurige Medewerker Basisregistratie voor het verwerken van gegevens van recreatieparken binnen de gemeenten Alphen-Chaam, Baarle-Nassau en Gilze en Rijen.Wat ga je doen?- Verwerken en controleren van gegevens van recreatieobjecten.- Overnemen van gegevens uit de BAG en BGT in de belastingapplicatie LEVEL.- Verwerken van onder andere oppervlakten, bouwjaren en adresgegevens.- Afstemmen met taxateurs, landmeters en collega's van Informatiebeheer.- Signaleren en corrigeren van onvolledige of afwijkende gegevens.- Zorgdragen voor een nauwkeurige en consistente gegevensregistratie.Wat breng je mee?- Minimaal een afgeronde mbo-4-opleiding.- Kennis van BAG, BGT en WOZ.- Een nauwkeurige en administratief sterke werkwijze.- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden.- Een flexibele instelling en het vermogen zelfstandig en in teamverband te werken.- Ervaring met de belastingapplicatie LEVEL is een pré.Wat bieden wij?- Een tijdelijke opdracht binnen de ABG-organisatie.- Een werkweek van 12 uur.- Start op 20 november 2026, tot 20 maart 2027.- Mogelijkheid tot verlenging.- Arbeidsvoorwaarden passend bij schaal 7/8 van de cao Gemeenten.Je gaat in eerste instantie via Protection aan de slag bij de ABG-organisatie.Interesse? Daarbij werk je samen met taxateurs, landmeters en collega's om de gegevens zorgvuldig en correct vast te leggen.Wat bieden wij jou?- Een afwisselende administratieve functie binnen de ABG-organisatie.- Een werkweek van 12 uur.- Een salarisindicatie van EUR 1.250 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring.- Samenwerking met collega's binnen het team Informatiebeheer.- Een tijdelijke opdracht met mogelijkheid tot verlenging.Je beschikt over minimaal een afgeronde mbo-4-opleiding en hebt kennis van BAG, BGT en WOZ.
