Voor Gemeente Oosterhout zoeken wij een ervaren Programmamedewerker Migratie die bijdraagt aan zorgvuldige besluitvorming over potentiële opvanglocaties voor vluchtelingen en ontheemden.Je begeleidt haalbaarheidsonderzoeken, coördineert externe onderzoeksbureaus en beoordeelt onderzoeksresultaten aan de hand van gemeentelijk beleid, wet- en regelgeving en bestuurlijke kaders.Daarnaast stel je adviezen, memo's en voortgangsrapportages op en stem je af met beleidsadviseurs, projectleiders, management en andere betrokkenen.Je beschikt over minimaal twee jaar aantoonbare werkervaring binnen een gemeentelijke organisatie én minimaal twee jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.Ervaring met haalbaarheidsstudies en/of locatieonderzoeken voor opvanglocaties binnen een gemeentelijke context is vereist, evenals ervaring met projectmatig werken.Je werkt zelfstandig, communiceert helder en hebt gevoel voor politieke en bestuurlijke belangen.Programmamedewerker Migratie - Gemeente OosterhoutDraag bij aan zorgvuldige keuzes over opvanglocaties.Hoe bepaal je of een locatie geschikt is voor de opvang van vluchtelingen en ontheemden? Dat vraagt om gedegen onderzoek, heldere advisering en gevoel voor maatschappelijke en bestuurlijke belangen.Protection Multiservices zoekt voor Gemeente Oosterhout een ervaren programmamedewerker die hierin het verschil maakt.Wat ga je doen?Je begeleidt haalbaarheidsonderzoeken naar potentiële opvanglocaties, beoordeelt onderzoeksrapportages en toetst de resultaten aan gemeentelijk beleid en regelgeving.Je werkt samen met de programmamanager Migratie, beleidsadviseurs, projectleiders en externe onderzoeksbureaus.
