Als Senior Sales Manager übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im Ausbau unseres Commercial-Engines. Du verbindest den eigenständigen Aufbau und Abschluss von Geschäftsbeziehungen mit erster Führungsverantwortung und trägst so direkt zu unserem internationalen Wachstum bei. Eine seltene Chance, Go-to-Market-Strategie & Umsetzung sowie den Eintritt in neue Märkte bei einem wachstumsstarken Unternehmen im Bereich Alternative Proteine von Grund auf zu gestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Senior Sales Manager bist du an vorderster Front unseres Wachstumskurses. Du wirst:

  • Unsere Vertriebs- und Kommunikationsstrategie in enger Abstimmung mit dem Produktteam vorantreiben und kontinuierlich optimieren
  • Bestehende Kundenbeziehungen ausbauen und aktiv neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten identifizieren
  • Potenzielle Kunden vom Erstkontakt bis zum erfolgreichen Vertragsabschluss eigenständig begleiten
  • Partnerschaften mit Vertriebspartnern, Co-Manufacturing-Partnern und Key Accounts mitgestalten und verhandeln
  • ProteinDistillery im Food- & Feed-Markt positionieren und an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Go-to-Market-Strategie mitwirken
  • Interne Prozesse und Workflows in unserem CRM-System kontinuierlich verbessern
  • Junior Sales- und Business-Development-Kolleg:innen fachlich anleiten und im Tagesgeschäft mentoren
  • Eng mit Produktteam und Führungsebene zusammenarbeiten und deine Marktkenntnis in die Unternehmensstrategie einbringen

Dein Profil

Erfahrung & Hintergrund

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder Business Development, idealerweise in der Food-, Feed- oder Ingredients-Branche
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge beim eigenständigen Identifizieren, Verhandeln und Abschließen von Deals
  • Fundierte Expertise in der Verhandlung von Joint Ventures, Co-Manufacturing-Vereinbarungen und Distributionspartnerschaften
  • Erfahrung im Management von Key Accounts, Distributoren und Auftragsherstellern
  • Etabliertes Netzwerk zu Entscheidungsträgern in der Lebensmittelindustrie ist ein Plus
  • Erste Führungs- oder Mentoring-Erfahrung bzw. ein ausgeprägtes Führungsbewusstsein
  • Studium im Bereich BWL oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Leadership & Fähigkeiten

  • Du identifizierst, verfolgst und schließt hochwertige Deals eigenständig ab
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, andere zu inspirieren
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und ein sicheres Gespür für Geschäftschancen

Sprachen

  • Deutsch und Englisch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau
  • Weitere Sprachen (Französisch, Spanisch ect.) sind ein Plus
