Wir suchen Dich als Senior Consultant (w/m/d) – Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace im Bereich Microsoft Consulting für unsere Standorte Frankfurt, München, Berlin, Hamburg oder Düsseldorf.

Unser Ziel: Als globaler Solutions Partner von Microsoft unterstützen wir Unternehmen dabei, das volle Potenzial der Microsoft-Technologien auszuschöpfen. Wir bieten umfassende Microsoft Services mit Schwerpunkten auf Security, Power Platform, Azure und Microsoft 365, und erweitern unser Portfolio um Dynamics und den Microsoft Sustainability Manager. Hilf uns, unsere Kunden bei der digitalen Transformation zu unterstützen und sichere, skalierbare sowie zukunftsorientierte Lösungen zu implementieren.

Darauf kannst Du Dich freuen:

  • Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei der Implementierung und Optimierung von Microsoft 365 Services wie beispielsweise Teams, Microsoft Intune und Entra ID.
  • Analyse der bestehenden IT-Infrastruktur und –Prozesse unserer Kunden, um Potenziale zur Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Microsoft 365 Umgebungen zu identifizieren und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Konzeption und technische Umsetzung von Projekten zu Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 und Windows 11.
  • Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen, um eine erfolgreiche Einführung, Nutzung und Übergabe an unsere Kunden sicherzustellen.
  • Automatisierung von Lifecycle-Prozessen, um nachhaltige Mehrwerte zu schaffen und den operativen Betrieb unserer Kunden zu entlasten.
  • Mitwirkung an der Erstellung von maßgeschneiderten Angeboten und Präsentationen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Dienstleistungen im Bereich Microsoft 365/Modern Workplace.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Microsoft 365 sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der Microsoft Infrastruktur- und Identitylösungen.
  • Zertifizierungen im Microsoft-Umfeld, wie z. B. Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Azure Fundamentals oder Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals sind wünschenswert.
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Bereich Endpoint Management, Identitäts- und Zugriffsmanagement und der Verwaltung von hybriden Umgebungen sind erforderlich.
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Sicherheit und Datenschutz, insbesondere im Kontext Microsoft 365 und Microsoft Intune für die Verwaltung der Endgeräte sind von Vorteil.
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Problemlösungsfähigkeit und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln.
