Für unseren Produktionsstandort in Mitlödi suchen wir eine engagierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die unser Instandhaltungsteam bei der Planung, Koordination und administrativen Abwicklung von Wartungen und Kalibrierungen unterstützt.

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion arbeitest du eng mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern zusammen und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Verfügbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit unserer Produktionsanlagen.

Deine Aufgaben – Hier kannst du etwas bewegen

  • Wartungskoordination: Du planst und koordinierst externe Wartungseinsätze, holst die notwendigen Leistungen ein, löst Bestellungen aus und behältst Termine sowie Kosten im Blick.
  • Kalibrierungen: Du organisierst externe Gerätekalibrierungen, koordinierst Versand und Rücklieferung und stellst die vollständige Dokumentation sicher.
  • Technische Administration: Du prüfst Wartungsunterlagen und Rückmeldungen, pflegst die entsprechenden Nachweise und sorgst für den korrekten Abschluss von Wartungsaufträgen in SAP.
  • Terminüberwachung: Du verfolgst Wartungstermine, erkennst Verzögerungen frühzeitig und koordinierst die notwendigen Abstimmungen.
  • Ersatzteilmanagement: Du unterstützt die Beschaffung und Verwaltung von Ersatzteilen sowie bei Bedarf die Bewirtschaftung von Lagerbeständen.
  • Schulungskoordination: Du organisierst externe Schulungen und stellst sicher, dass Termine, Teilnahmen und Nachweise dokumentiert sind.

Dein Profil – Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an industriellen Anlagen und Instandhaltungsprozessen
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und externen Dienstleistern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit SAP oder vergleichbaren ERP\-/Instandhaltungssystemen ist von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der technischen Administration, Wartungsplanung, Ersatzteilbeschaffung oder Lagerbewirtschaftung
  • Kenntnisse im GMP\-regulierten Umfeld sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
