Krijg jij energie van hypotheekdossiers waarin je écht moet puzzelen, analyseren en doorpakken? Deze financieel dienstverlener is gespecialiseerd in complexe hypotheekvraagstukken voor DGA’s, ondernemers en zzp’ers, bijvoorbeeld met meerdere bv’s of afwijkende inkomenssituaties. Als Casemanager Hypotheken krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid om deze dossiers van A tot Z in goede banen te leiden. Klaar voor meer inhoud en uitdaging binnen het hypotheekvak?

Wat ga je doen?

Als Casemanager Hypotheken ben je de spil binnen het dossier. Je hebt contact met klanten, vraagt benodigde stukken op, bouwt dossiers zorgvuldig op en onderhoudt contact met geldverstrekkers. Je bewaakt het volledige proces en zorgt ervoor dat ieder dossier niet alleen compleet is, maar ook sterk en duidelijk wordt gepresenteerd voor acceptatie.

Daarnaast schakel je dagelijks met klanten, banken, taxateurs, notarissen en collega’s. Je ziet snel welke informatie nog ontbreekt, denkt vooruit en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers zo soepel mogelijk door het proces gaan.

Kortom: jij houdt het overzicht, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en zorgt dat het geregeld wordt.

Waar kom je terecht?

Je gaat aan de slag bij een financiële dienstverlener in Den Haag, vlak bij de zee. De opdrachtgever is actief op het gebied van verzekeringen, hypotheken en pensioenen en biedt onafhankelijk en deskundig advies aan particulieren en bedrijven. Persoonlijke service, maatwerk en onafhankelijkheid staan centraal. De organisatie bestaat uit 16 collega's. Binnen de afdeling hypotheken werken 3 hypotheekadviseur en 2 casemanagers.

Wat verwachten ze?

  • Je hebt werkervaring opgedaan in de wereld van hypotheken of sterke affiniteit;
  • Je hebt de diploma’s Wft Basis en Wft Hypothecair Krediet of je bent bereid deze te gaan halen;
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en beheerst de Engels taal goed;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd;
  • Je hebt sociaal en communicatief sterk en hebt een goed gevoel voor humor.
