Ben jij een organisatietalent met ervaring in pensioen-, zorg- en inkomensverzekeringen? Dan is dit jouw kans om een belangrijke rol te spelen binnen een groeiende en ambitieuze adviesorganisatie. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je klantcontact, projectcoördinatie en inhoudelijke expertise. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, werkt samen met ervaren specialisten en draagt dagelijks bij aan het ontzorgen van werkgevers en hun medewerkers.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Consultant Human Capital ondersteun je werkgevers bij vraagstukken rondom verzekerbare arbeidsvoorwaarden. Je werkt nauw samen met een team van consultants en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, verzekeraars, pensioenuitvoerders en andere externe partijen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je combineert administratieve nauwkeurigheid met adviserende werkzaamheden en projectmatige uitdagingen.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het beheren en administreren van pensioen-, zorg- en inkomensregelingen;
  • Het controleren van juridische documenten, overeenkomsten, polissen en mutaties;
  • Het coördineren en bewaken van actiepunten binnen klanttrajecten;
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met werkgevers, medewerkers en externe specialisten;
  • Het verzorgen en begeleiden van tenderprocedures;
  • Het begeleiden van implementatie- en wijzigingsprojecten;
  • Het beantwoorden van vragen over verzekerbare arbeidsvoorwaarden;
  • Het signaleren van verbeterkansen en aandragen van passende oplossingen.

Zij ondersteunen middelgrote en grote organisaties, zowel nationaal als internationaal, bij complexe vraagstukken rondom risico's, verzekeringen en arbeidsvoorwaarden. Daarnaast adviseren zij regelmatig investeerders en private equity partijen bij overnames en transacties.

Wat verwachten ze?

  • Een afgeronde MBO- of HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een financiële of communicatieve richting;
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie;
  • In het bezit van Wft Basis en bij voorkeur Wft Pensioen en/of Wft Inkomen;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal;
  • Sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden;
  • Een klantgerichte en ondernemende instelling;
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Office;
  • Ervaring met Dias en verzekeraarsportalen is een pré;
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en houdt overzicht;
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die graag meebouwt aan verdere groei van de organisatie.
