Wat ga je doen?

Als (Junior) Recruitment Consultant ben jij de schakel tussen opdrachtgevers en kandidaten. Onze focus ligt op de financiële sector, waar we werken voor banken, verzekeraars en intermediairs. Vanuit ons kantoor in Uitgeest werk je zowel aan Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) als Werving & Selectie (W&S). Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Screenen en beoordelen van cv's en sollicitaties;
  • Oriënterende gesprekken voeren met werkzoekende kandidaten;
  • Coördineren van sollicitatiegesprekken tussen kandidaten en opdrachtgevers;
  • Relaties onderhouden met zowel kandidaten als opdrachtgevers;
  • Begeleiden van kandidaten tijdens het sollicitatieproces en het behouden van contact daarna;
  • Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en uitbreiding van onze dienstverlening.

  • Bruto salaris tot €3.000 o.b.v. 40 uur;

Wat verwachten wij?

  • Ervaring in de financiële dienstverlening is een pluspunt, maar niet noodzakelijk;
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en overtuigingskracht;
  • Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Nederlands;
  • Sterk in het opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties;
  • Zelfstandig en proactief kunnen werken;
  • Goede organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden.
