Wat ga je doen?

  • Beheren en onderhouden van de grootzakelijke verzekeringsportefeuille.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor zakelijke klanten (telefonisch en per mail).
  • Meedenken over complexe verzekeringsvraagstukken en maatwerkoplossingen.
  • Opstellen van offertes en verzekeringsvoorstellen.
  • Verwerken van mutaties en het actueel houden van polissen.
  • Afwikkelen van gespreksverslagen en dossieradministratie.
  • Voorbereiden van klantbezoeken voor de buitendienstadviseurs.
  • Regelmatig meegaan naar klanten om de relatie te versterken en de organisatie beter te leren kennen.

Wat bieden ze jou?

  • Salaris: €3.300 – €5.192 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring en opleiding).
  • Werkweek: 24 tot 40 uur per week.
  • Extra’s: eindejaarsuitkering, mede afhankelijk van persoonlijke performance.

Waar kom je terecht?

Onze opdrachtgever is een financiële raadgever op het gebied van pensioenen, hypotheken en zakelijke en particuliere verzekeringen. Vanuit hun kantoren in de regio Limburg en Noord-Brabant werken werken er ruim 160 collega’s aan de beste financiële oplossingen voor hun klanten. In een vakgebied waar regels, processen, de kleine lettertjes, digitale chatbots en apps op je telefoon steeds meer de maat zijn, wil onze opdrachtgever vanuit oprechte belangstelling, hun klanten maar ook hun mensen centraal blijven stellen. Dit doen ze door integer te handelen en ze vertrouwen te geven.

Wat verwachten ze?

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als relatiebeheerder verzekeringen (groot zakelijk).
  • Wft Basis, Wft Schade Particulier en Wft Schade Zakelijk (of bereid deze te behalen).
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een gestructureerde werkwijze.
  • Teamspirit, maar ook zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Affiniteit met complexe verzekerings- en risicovraagstukken.
