Je werkt aan uitdagende dossiers, schakelt met gerenommeerde verzekeraars en krijgt alle ruimte om zelfstandig impact te maken binnen een professioneel en ambitieus team.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Sluiter Commercial Lines ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beoordelen, onderbrengen en sluiten van complexe zakelijke risico’s. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor subagenten en weet risico’s te vertalen naar scherpe en passende verzekeringsoplossingen. Geen dossier is hetzelfde, waardoor jouw werk afwisselend en uitdagend blijft.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Inventariseren en analyseren van complexe bedrijfsrisico’s;
  • Vertalen van risico’s naar marktconforme verzekeringsaanvragen;
  • Onderhandelen met verzekeraars over premie, voorwaarden en dekking;
  • Opstellen en presenteren van offertes en verzekeringsvoorstellen;
  • Beheren en uitbreiden van bestaande relaties;
  • Intensief samenwerken met subagenten, verzekeraars en de commerciële binnendienst;
  • Signaleren van commerciële kansen en marktontwikkelingen;
  • Adviseren over uiteenlopende verzekeringen zoals aansprakelijkheid, CAR, transport, machinebreuk, werkmaterieel, cyber en product recall.

Je krijgt veel vrijheid om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen en bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor zowel collega’s als relaties.

  • Salaris tussen €4.000 en €8.000 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur), afhankelijk van ervaring;

Binnen deze organisatie werken specialisten dagelijks aan complexe verzekeringsvraagstukken voor bedrijven in uiteenlopende branches. Dankzij nauwe samenwerkingen met gerenommeerde nationale en internationale verzekeraars kunnen zij maatwerkoplossingen bieden voor vrijwel ieder risico. Je komt terecht in een deskundig team waar kennis delen, samenwerken en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan.

Wat verwachten ze?

  • HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • In het bezit van Wft Basis en Wft Schade Zakelijk;
  • Aanvullende branche- of vakdiploma’s (of bereid deze te behalen);
  • Ervaring als Sluiter Commercial Lines of vergelijkbare ervaring binnen complexe zakelijke verzekeringen;
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en commercieel inzicht;
  • Goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden;
  • Proactieve, zelfstandige en klantgerichte instelling;
  • Je werkt graag samen, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt in oplossingen.
