Wat ga je doen?

Als Specialist Collectief Pensioen & Inkomen ben jij de inhoudelijke motor binnen het adviestraject. Zodra een adviesopdracht is getekend, analyseer jij de klantvraag en werk je deze uit tot een zorgvuldig onderbouwd adviesrapport.

Je focust je op de technische, inhoudelijke en analytische kant van pensioen- en inkomensvraagstukken. Je werkt nauw samen met consultants en relatiebeheerders, maar hebt een zelfstandige rol in het uitwerken en onderbouwen van oplossingen.

Werkzaamheden omvatten:

  • Analyseren van collectieve pensioen- en inkomensregelingen;
  • Uitwerken van adviesrapportages inclusief scenario- en risicoanalyses;
  • Objectief vergelijken en selecteren van uitvoerders en producten;
  • Sparren met consultants over adviesstrategie en positionering;
  • Toelichten van inhoudelijke adviezen waar nodig;
  • Begeleiden van de technische implementatie na akkoord;
  • Zorgvuldig overdragen van dossiers aan relatiebeheer;
  • Bijdragen aan kennisontwikkeling en kwaliteitsborging binnen het team.

Je schakelt continu tussen analyseren, structureren en adviseren – altijd met kwaliteit en klantbelang als uitgangspunt.

Wat verwachten ze? Je bent analytisch sterk, ambitieus en inhoudelijk gedreven. Je houdt ervan om complexe materie te doorgronden en terug te brengen tot heldere oplossingen.

  • HBO- of WO-werk- en denkniveau;
  • In het bezit van WFT Pensioen
  • Affiniteit met pensioen, inkomen en financiële structuren;
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen;
  • Zorgvuldige en gestructureerde werkwijze;
  • Goede schriftelijke en communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken én goed samen te werken in teamverband.
