In deze veelzijdige functie bouw je aan duurzame klantrelaties en zorg je ervoor dat particuliere klanten altijd goed verzekerd zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Adviseur Particuliere Verzekeringen ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor jouw eigen klantenportefeuille. Je luistert naar de wensen van de klant, inventariseert risico’s en vertaalt deze naar een passend verzekeringsadvies. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je schakelt tussen adviesgesprekken, administratieve werkzaamheden en contact met verzekeraars.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Adviseren van particuliere klanten over schadeverzekeringen;
  • Inventariseren van de persoonlijke situatie en risico’s van klanten;
  • Opstellen, uitwerken en toelichten van offertes;
  • Beheren en onderhouden van een eigen klantenportefeuille;
  • Verwerken van aanvragen, mutaties en poliswijzigingen;
  • Contact onderhouden met verzekeraars en andere externe partijen;
  • Signaleren van commerciële kansen en proactief meedenken met klanten;
  • Zorgen voor een uitstekende klantbeleving en langdurige klantrelaties.

Onze opdrachtgever is een financiële dienstverlener gespecialiseerd in verzekeringen, hypotheken en risicoadvies voor zowel particuliere als zakelijke klanten. Persoonlijk contact, deskundig advies en duurzame klantrelaties staan centraal. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team waarin samenwerking, kwaliteit en ontwikkeling belangrijk zijn en waar volop ruimte is om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Wat verwachten ze?

  • MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau;
  • In het bezit van Wft Basis en Wft Schade Particulier, of bereid deze te behalen;
  • Ervaring binnen de verzekeringsbranche is een pré;
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en commercieel ingesteld;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en voelt je verantwoordelijk voor jouw klanten;
  • Je bent proactief, leergierig en denkt graag mee over verbeteringen;
  • Je vindt het leuk om langdurige klantrelaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden.
