Wat ga je doen?

Als Volmacht Schadebehandelaar Zakelijk ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor zakelijke relaties wanneer zich een schade voordoet. Je begeleidt het volledige schadeproces en zorgt ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op deskundig advies, duidelijke communicatie en een optimale afhandeling.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Zelfstandig behandelen en begeleiden van zakelijke schadedossiers;
  • Adviseren van klanten over dekking, aansprakelijkheid en mogelijke oplossingen;
  • Behartigen van klantbelangen tijdens het volledige schadeproces;
  • Onderhouden van contacten met verzekeraars, experts, advocaten en andere betrokken partijen;
  • Beoordelen van schades waarbij geen dekking aanwezig is of waarbij het eigen risico van toepassing is;
  • Zoeken naar creatieve en passende oplossingen binnen de mogelijkheden van polisvoorwaarden en wet- en regelgeving;
  • Intensief samenwerken met collega-schadebehandelaars, brokers en accountmanagers;
  • Bewaken van de balans tussen klantbelang, commercieel belang en juridische kaders.

Onze opdrachtgever is een gespecialiseerde volmachtorganisatie binnen de zakelijke verzekeringsmarkt. De organisatie richt zich voornamelijk op VvE-oplossingen en brandverzekeringen voor zakelijke klanten en werkt nauw samen met verschillende advieskantoren binnen een grotere financiële dienstverleningsgroep. Dankzij de platte organisatiestructuur, korte communicatielijnen en sterke focus op kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid heerst er een informele, professionele en collegiale werksfeer. Hard werken gaat hier hand in hand met plezier en persoonlijke aandacht.

Wat verwachten ze?

  • Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in juridische, financiële of communicatieve richting;
  • Ervaring als schadebehandelaar;
  • Ervaring binnen zakelijke verzekeringen of de volmachtbranche is een pré;
  • In het bezit van Wft Basis, Wft Schade Particulier en Wft Schade Zakelijk;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden;
  • Een ondernemende, klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte instelling;
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Office;
  • Ervaring met Dias is een pré.
