A Provecon é um escritório contábil de Itajaí, fundado em 1998, que atende empresas de médio e grande porte. Buscamos uma pessoa para ser a referência técnica do Departamento Pessoal, com caminho aberto para a Coordenação.

Seu primeiro ano

  • Até o 3º mês: assume uma carteira de clientes com folhas de maior complexidade
  • Até o 6º mês: revisa o trabalho de auxiliares e assistentes e orienta a equipe
  • Ao completar 12 meses: passa por avaliação para progressão de nível

O que buscamos

  • Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, RH ou Administração
  • Pelo menos 3 anos de experiência em Departamento Pessoal
  • Experiência em escritório contábil
  • Domínio de folha, encargos, eSocial, DCTFWeb e FGTS Digital
  • Experiência com convenções coletivas e cálculos trabalhistas

Diferenciais

  • Experiência com empresas do Lucro Real ou com muitos colaboradores
  • Conhecimento do sistema Questor

Modalidade

  • Presencial: no escritório em Itajaí
  • Remoto: com computador e internet próprios, dentro dos requisitos técnicos do escritório

Remuneração

  • R$ 3.900 a R$ 4.950, conforme experiência
