  • Grow internal and external referral sources, including physicians, clinics, care coordinators, hospital departments, and health-system partners.
  • Collaborate with pharmaceutical manufacturers, field reimbursement teams, industry representatives, and strategic partners to simplify referral pathways and improve access to therapy.
  • Identify, evaluate, and support compliant 340B growth opportunities within home infusion and AIS service lines.

Home Infusion Business Development

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase referrals from acute care, ambulatory, physician, and community sources.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, provider groups, discharge planners, case managers, specialty clinics, and physician practices.

Leadership and Team Development

  • Lead, coach, and develop Business Development, Outreach, and Home Infusion Liaison teams.
  • Set clear performance expectations, monitor outcomes, provide timely feedback, and support professional development.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, inclusion, and service excellence.
  • Participate directly in strategic account development, complex sales activities, and executive relationship management.

Contracting and Business Operations

  • Support customer contracting in partnership with operational, finance, legal, compliance, and payer-contracting leaders, as applicable.
  • Contribute to contract analysis, negotiation, implementation, and performance monitoring.
  • Use CRM and reporting tools to manage opportunities, referral pipelines, account plans, forecasts, and performance analytics.
  • Maintain market intelligence, account data, and business development resources that support strategic decisions.

  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing
