  • Partner with leaders on annual budgets, long-range financial plans, capital planning, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Accounting during monthly close processes and financial reviews.
  • Create and present analyses that support effective operational and financial decision-making.
  • Review productivity metrics and operational performance indicators.
  • Support workforce planning and resource management initiatives.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive efficiency across teams.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts.
  • Develop and provide training to leadership teams and managers regarding budget reporting, metrics, and related financial information.
  • Meet regularly with senior leaders to provide ongoing guidance on financial leadership, enabling them to make informed decisions, manage resources effectively, and drive operational and financial performance within their departments.
  • Supports program managers, finance leaders, and external funding agencies by ensuring project/grant expenditures are accurately recorded, properly allocated, compliant with funding requirements, and reported in a timely manner.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to prepare grant budgets, reconcile grant accounts, and assists with audits and funding applications.
  • Lead assigned tasks and projects to successful completion with minimal supervision.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
