Responsabilidades Clave :

1. Supervisar y asesorar a los ejecutivos de cobranza en cuanto a las mejores prácticas y estrategias de recuperación, con la finalidad de llevarlos a alcanzar el objetivo mensual establecido.

2. Monitorear de manera semanal el presupuesto asignado tanto en la recuperación como en todos los gastos operativos a fin mantener un adecuado control de los mismos.

3. Detectar posibles desvíos del proceso de cobranza a través de actividades de auditoría, para salvaguardar el patrimonio de la compañía.

4. Administrar los recursos materiales y tecnológicos que tanto él como su equipo tengan asignados a fin de cumplir con lo establecido en las políticas de la Compañía.

Contribución con la Excelencia Operacional

1. Desarrollar y establecer estrategias de segmentación en el campo con los ejecutivos de cobranza con el fin de apoyarlos en cuanto a visitas domiciliarias y el establecimiento de pago y acciones subsecuentes para poder obtener la recuperación esperada.

2. Monitorear la existencia de vacantes en las sucursales bajo su cargo, participando con Recursos Humanos en el proceso de selección para asegurar la oportuna cobertura de las mismas.

3. Supervisar el manejo de los documentos oficiales, como recibos de pago, cartas finiquito, cartera de clientes asignados y en general toda documentación oficial de la compañía para asegurar el correcto cumplimiento del proceso de cobranza.

1. Monitorear y evaluar los indicadores clave de los reportes generados en el área, para la oportuna toma de decisiones.

2. Ejecutar con eficacia la estrategia de cobranza en clientes reportados al buró de Círculo de Crédito así como las estrategias de recuperación por segmentos y las futuras bases reportadas.

Contribución con Clientes

1. Supervisar que los ejecutivos de cobranza proporcionen a los clientes una asesoría integral sobre la situación de su crédito y alternativas de pago, a fin de proporcionar un alto nivel de calidad en el servicio.

2. Mantener una comunicación directa con el área de Operaciones con el fin de estar alineados a las estrategias del negocio y trabajar con base en objetivos en común.

3. Consolidar con los clientes una relación efectiva aplicando los valores de la compañía: Respeto, Transparencia y Responsabilidad con el objeto de proporcionar un trato justo a los mismos a través de un lenguaje y conductas apropiadas.

Experiencia:

· Mínimo 3 años en puestos similares, manejo de personal.

· Manejo de indicadores de operación de cobranza como visitas a clientes, promesas de pago, cumplimiento de promesas.

· Manejo de presupuestos.

Otros:

· Disponibilidad de horario.
