Despre rol:

În acest rol vei avea și responsabilități de recepție și suport administrativ, fiind unul dintre principalele puncte de contact pentru vizitatori și parteneri care ajung în sediul central.

Ce vei face:

  • Gestionezi relatia cu furnizorii de produse si servicii pentru a asigura continuitatea si calitatea serviciilor necesare companiei.
  • Coordonezi comenzile pentru consumabile, materiale si alte bunuri necesare birourilor din sediul central si din teritoriu.
  • Asiguri circuitul documentelor si al coletelor, astfel incat informatiile si materialele sa ajunga la destinatie rapid si eficient.
  • Oferi suport administrativ pentru sediul central, urmarind buna functionare a echipamentelor si facilitatilor.
  • Intampini vizitatorii si facilitezi interactiunea acestora cu persoanele relevante din organizatie.
  • Verifici si procesezi facturile primite de la proprietari si furnizori, contribuind la o evidenta financiara corecta.
  • Actualizezi registrele si sistemele interne, pregatesti rapoarte lunare si oferi suport pentru activitatile de control al costurilor.
  • Administrezi cardurile de acces pentru angajati si vizitatori, contribuind la siguranta si securitatea locatiilor companiei.

Ce conteaza in acest rol:

  • Cunostinte bune de Microsoft Office, in special Excel.
  • Bune abilitati de organizare, planificare si prioritizare.
  • Abilitati de comunicare si relationare cu diverse categorii de parteneri si colegi.
  • Atentie la detalii si capacitatea de a respecta termene limita.
  • Cunostinte de limba engleza la nivel conversational.
