Haemme Projektipäällikköä / Kehitysvastaavaa

Pääset työskentelemään osana iloista ja rentoa Kehitys- ja projektipalvelut -tiimiämme Tarjoamme sinulle mielenkiintoisen ja monipuolisen tehtävän talossa, jossa tehdään aktiivista kehittämistä kaikkien prosessien osalta. Meillä saat tehdä työstä näköisesi: voit työskennellä niin etänä kuin viihtyisissä toimitiloissamme Lahdessa, joustavin työajoin. Tehtävä on vakituinen.

Avoinna oleva tehtävä sisältää

Projektipäällikkö / kehitysvastaava -tehtävässä johdat talous- ja henkilöstöhallinnon asiakas-, järjestelmä- ja kehitysprojekteja.

Tehtävässä pääset yhdistämään projektijohtamisen ja käytännön kehittämisen. Johdat projekteja ideasta onnistuneeseen käyttöönottoon vastaten niiden suunnittelusta, aikatauluista, resursseista, taloudesta, riskeistä, laadusta ja viestinnästä, sekä projektiryhmän työskentelyn koordinoinnista. Projektityön rinnalla olet aktiivisesti mukana kehittämässä prosesseja ja järjestelmäratkaisuja sekä viemässä tunnistettuja kehittämistarpeita käytäntöön. Työskentelet tiiviissä yhteistyössä asiakkaiden, asiantuntijoiden ja järjestelmätoimittajien kanssa ja varmistat, että tekeminen johtaa konkreettisiin hyötyihin ja onnistuneisiin ratkaisuihin.

Projektijohtamisen lisäksi tehtävässä tarvitaan vahvaa prosessien kehittämisosaamista. Osallistut prosessien, järjestelmien ja automaatioratkaisujen kehittämiseen sekä tuot asiantuntemustasi asiakastyöhön ja kehittämisen tueksi.

Tässä tehtävässä olet tärkeä osa Provincian matkaa kohti tavoitetta olla Suomen digitalisoitunein julkisen sektorin talous- ja henkilöstöhallinnon kumppani.

  • kokemusta projektien johtamisesta ja vahvaa projektinhallintaosaamista
  • hyvää talouden ja palkanlaskennan prosessien tuntemustaerityisesti vahva HR- ja palkkaprosessien sekä Personec-palkkajärjestelmän tuntemus katsotaan eduksi
  • kokemusta prosessien, palvelujen tai järjestelmien kehittämisestä
  • kykyä hallita laajoja kokonaisuuksia ja viedä asiat suunnitelmallisesti maaliin
  • hyviä yhteistyö-, fasilitointi-, organisointi- ja viestintätaitoja
  • asiakaslähtöistä ja ratkaisukeskeistä työskentelyotetta.

Tehtävän alkaa sopimuksen mukaan ja siinä noudatetaan 6 kuukauden koeaikaa.

Peruspalkka ja palvelussuhteen ehdot määräytyvät YTESin (Kunta-alan työnantajien yrityssektorin työehtosopimus) mukaisesti. Tehtävän peruspalkka sijoittuu 3700-4500 €:n välille ja lisäksi YTESin mukaisesti mahdolliset kokemuslisät (palkkaan huomioitava kokemus tarkistetaan työsuhteen alkaessa 5%/5 vuodesta ja 10%/10 vuodesta). Kokemuslisään oikeuttavan palveluajan mukaan määrittyy myös vuosilomaoikeudet, jotka YTES:ssä ovat pidemmät kuin vuosilomalaissa.
