The posting

Met ingang van 1 september 2026 kan bij CVO Vitant een voltijds vacant ambt van adjunct-directeur worden ingevuld.

Indiensttreding is voorzien 1 februari 2027.

De adjunct-directeur is enerzijds specifiek verantwoordelijk voor de diplomagerichte opleidingen (tweedekansonderwijs), de toerisme-opleidingen en de administratieve, beroepsgerichte opleidingen van CVO Vitant en werkt anderzijds als lid van het directieteam mee aan het organisatiebreed beleid voor CVO Vitant.

Stap 2: CV screening

Wij screenen alle CV’s en brieven op motivatie en de gevraagde voorwaarden.

Stap 3: Schriftelijk examen (23/11/2026)

Examen over leidinggevende en onderwijsgerelateerde thema’s.

Om te slagen moeten de kandidaten ten minste 50% op het totaal van de punten (100) behalen.

De kandidaten die zijn opgenomen in de pool bedoeld in artikel 6 Rechtspositieregeling APB Provinciaal Onderwijs Antwerpen met een slaagpercentage van minstens 60% van het puntentotaal op een door de directeur van het APB Provinciaal Onderwijs Antwerpen georganiseerde screening, zijn vrijgesteld van dit schriftelijke examen.

Stap 4: Presentatie en gesprek (16/12/2026)

Voorstelling van een presentatie door de kandidaat aan de selectiecommissie gevolgd door een gesprek van deze commissie met de kandidaat over de presentatie en over de maturiteit, motivatie, attitudes, leidinggevende en managementvaardigheden, agogiek, didactiek, regelgeving, enz. in functie van het profiel en de taakomschrijving van adjunct-directeur.

Om te slagen dienen de kandidaten ten minste 50% op het totaal van de punten (100) te behalen.

Stap 5: Assessment (adviserend) (januari 2027)

De drie beste kandidaten mogen deelnemen aan het assessment. Dit is adviserend voor de selectiejury. Een aantal competenties op het leidinggevende aspect van deze functie zullen getest worden.

Stap 6: Eindbeslissing

Tot slot volgt er nog een eindbeoordeling waarbij de selectiejury het resultaat uit de vorige stappen samenlegt en een laureaat kiest voor deze procedure.

Stap 7: Het is een match !

Tijdens de eindbeslissing stellen we een eindrangschikking op waarna we je op de hoogte brengen van je resultaat en de laureaat de functie aanbieden. Je start in een tijdelijke aanstelling door het directiecomité conform artikel 42 van het decreet van 27 maart 1991 betreffende de rechtspositie van sommige personeelsleden van het gesubsidieerd onderwijs en de gesubsidieerde Centra voor Leerlingenbegeleiding.

Je bezit communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden die aangepast zijn aan de verscheidene stakeholders van het centrum, zoals personeel, cursisten, externe partners van het centrum, …

Je hebt grondige kennis van de onderwijsregelgeving en bent in staat deze in de praktijk te concretiseren.

Je hebt kennis van Integrale Kwaliteitszorg (IKZ), didactiek en agogie.

Je hebt noties van de werking van de externe partners van het centrum en van het provinciedecreet.

Je hebt de nodige administratieve vaardigheden.

Je bent bereid nascholing te volgen.

Je onderschrijft het agogisch project van het Provinciaal Onderwijs Antwerpen.

Aanstellingsvoorwaarden

De adjunct-directeur moet aan de door de Vlaamse overheid bepaalde aanstellings- en subsidiëringsvoorwaarden voor dit ambt voldoen en over minstens één van volgende bekwaamheidsbewijzen beschikken:

  • ten minste bachelor en bewijs pedagogische bekwaamheid
  • ten minste master en bewijs pedagogische bekwaamheid
