Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar instalação de redes de fibra óptica em residências, comércios e estruturas corporativas; Executar manutenções corretivas e preventivas em redes PON e ponto a ponto; Efetuar testes de potência óptica (dB) e utilizar equipamentos de aferição como OTDR e Power Meter; Fazer fusões de fibra óptica utilizando máquina de emenda; Organizar e manter a estrutura de caixas de emenda, CTOs e DIOs; Apoiar a expansão e ativação de novos clientes dentro da rede existente; Cumprir cronogramas e SLA definidos para instalação e suporte técnico; Reportar à liderança falhas estruturais ou necessidades de melhoria na rede; Preencher corretamente as ordens de serviço no sistema; Zelar pelos equipamentos e veículos da empresa utilizados nas atividades.

Competências Técnicas Desejadas:

  • Conhecimentos sólidos em redes FTTH, GPON, redes ópticas e cabeamento estruturado; Leitura e interpretação de projetos de rede; Experiência com emenda e fusão de fibra óptica; Noções de eletricidade e normas NR-10 e NR-35; CNH categoria B (obrigatória para deslocamento entre clientes).

  • Proatividade e agilidade; Organização e atenção a detalhes; Comprometimento com a qualidade e os prazos; Boa comunicação para atendimento ao cliente; Trabalho em equipe e colaboração com áreas internas.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo (desejável curso técnico na área de redes, eletrônica ou telecom);
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho em campo (externo);
  • Desejável experiência anterior com serviços técnicos.
