Iemand die liever helpt om informatiebeveiliging écht op orde te brengen dan alleen vinkjes te zetten? Bij Proximus NXT werk je aan security- en compliancevraagstukken voor organisaties met maatschappelijke impact, met name binnen de overheid. Wat ga je doen?

Als Information Security Officer ondersteun je externe klanten van Proximus NXT op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging en compliance, met een sterke focus op overheidsklanten. Deze rol is uitvoerend en inhoudelijk adviserend en komt in actie nadat een klant een opdracht heeft verstrekt aan Proximus NXT.

Je fungeert als inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor klanten en helpt hen aantoonbaar te voldoen aan geldende wet- en regelgeving. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met interne teams en, waar nodig, met presales security consultants.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Zorgen dat klantoplossingen voldoen aan gestelde normen (zoals BIO, ISO27001, NEN7510, NIS2, DORA en DIGID).
  • Opleveren van klant-rapportages op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging en compliance.
  • Verhogen en handhaven van bewustzijn/awareness van informatiebeveiliging bij zowel de operatie (security by default) als bij klanten.
  • Opstellen en bijhouden van documentatie voor klantoplossingen (ISMS).
  • Ondersteuning van klanten bij audits.
  • Meedenken bij het ontwerp en de implementatie van klantoplossingen na opdrachtverstrekking door de klant.
  • Sporadisch sparren en/of adviseren van een presales security consultant bij het opstellen van ontwerpen voor offertes.

Belangrijk om te weten over deze rol

Je werkt in dienst van Proximus NXT en vanuit onze standplaats Utrecht (hybride). Hoewel je regelmatig klantcontact hebt, soms op locatie, vaak digitaal, word je niet structureel bij klanten geplaatst. Je blijft onderdeel van één organisatie, met korte lijnen naar collega’s, veel kennisdeling en een sterke interne samenwerking.

Wat breng jij mee?

Wij zoeken creatieve mensen die out-of-the-box kunnen denken en in stressvolle situaties het hoofd koel houden. Klantgerichtheid is jouw tweede natuur en je bent op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen binnen informatiebeveiliging. Verder beschik je over:

  • Minimaal HBO opleidingsniveau.
  • Opleiding op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in het bedrijfsleven op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging, bij voorkeur binnen de ICT-sector.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring met eindklanten op het gebied van informatiebeveiliging.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
  • Goede planning- en organisatievaardigheden en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Het vermogen om helder en duidelijk intern te communiceren over complexe vraagstukken.
  • Stressbestendigheid.
  • Klantgerichtheid en klantvriendelijkheid.
  • Zelfstandigheid.
