Mid America Financial Group is growing, and we are looking for an Associate Managing Director (AMD) to join our leadership team. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about attracting experienced financial advisors, developing and coaching talent, and helping advisors build stronger, more successful businesses. Working alongside the Managing Director, the AMD will play an important role in driving the growth of the firm, strengthening advisor engagement and retention, and helping position Prudential Wealth Advisors as a destination for experienced advisor talent.

The Associate Managing Director (AMD) serves as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and is responsible for driving advisor growth, development, and retention within the firm. Working across onboarding, operations, supervision, and wealth management teams, the AMD helps advisors navigate complex transitions, accelerate asset movement, and achieve early productivity milestones. The role also focuses on retaining top advisor talent by strengthening engagement, proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and helping advisors maximize the value of their affiliation with Prudential Advisors.

Strategic Leadership - As a member of the firm's leadership team, the AMD partners closely with the Managing Director to execute business priorities and support firm growth objectives. The AMD leverages market intelligence, business performance insights, and industry trends to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and inform decision-making. Through strong partnerships and disciplined execution, the AMD helps advance strategic initiatives while representing the firm with professionalism, credibility, and executive presence.

Wealth Management Leadership - The AMD serves as a trusted resource to both advisors and prospective candidates by applying a deep understanding of wealth management, advisory business models, advisor economics, and practice growth strategies. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
