The posting

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to independently manage the full spectrum of company accounts, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support daily accounting and administrative operations.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

ACCOUNTING& FINANCIAL REPORTING

· Handle full set of accounts independently, including AP, AR, GL and financial reporting.

· Prepare and analyse monthly financial statements, budgets and forecasts.

· Manage month-end, quarterly and year-end closing, including journal entries.

· Perform bank reconciliations and fixed asset reconciliations.

TAX,BANKING & COMPLIANCE

· Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns and assist with taxand statutory filings.

· Liaise with bank officers on banking facilities, loans andother financial matters.

· Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents and relevantauthorities.

· Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and taxregulations.

BUSINESS& ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

· Monitor customer collections, outstanding receivables andsupplier payments.

· Analyse business operations, expenses and costs; providefinancial insights to management.

· Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems,procedures and internal controls.

· Communicate effectively in spoken and written Mandarin withChinese-speaking colleagues and business counterparts on daily accounting andoperational matters.

· Support general office administration and other dutiesassigned by management.

JOBREQUIREMENTS

· Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience; nosupervisory experience required.

· Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

· Must have hands-on experience handling full set of accounts independently.

· Excellent Mandarin proficiency, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Candidates must be able to communicate fluently and professionally in Mandarin and write clear, accurate Chinese for daily work coordination with Chinese-speaking colleagues and business counterparts.

· Good knowledge of Singapore GST, accounting practices and financial closing.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

· Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
