Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations, manage production workers, and ensure efficient production, quality control, and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise daily factory operations, including cutting, fabrication, polishing, and production activities.

· Plan production schedules and arrange manpower to meet project deadlines.

· Monitor production progress, productivity, and work man ship quality.

· Coordinate with Project and Operations teams to ensure smooth workflow.

· Supervise, guide, and train production workers.

· Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained.

· Enforce workplace safety standards and factory procedures.

· Resolve production issues and improve operational efficiency.

· Provide daily production updates to Management.

Job Requirements

· Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or construction-related production.

· Experience in solid surface, fabrication, or interior fit-out industries will be an advantage.

· Able to read and interpret technical drawings.

· Strong leadership, manpower planning, and problem-solving skills.

· Hands-on, responsible, and able to work independently.

· Good communication and coordination skills.

· Mandarin communication skills are required for coordination with Chinese-speaking workers and suppliers.
