Descripción General del Puesto

Ubicado en Heredia, Belén, buscamos un Apilador montacarguista (Facturación) orientado al detalle y con capacidad para gestionar de manera eficiente los procesos de facturación y documentación logística. En esta posición, será responsable de asegurar la correcta emisión de facturas para clientes nacionales e internacionales, así como de apoyar las operaciones de despacho y documentación relacionadas con la cadena de suministro. Su contribución será clave para garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos de entrega, la exactitud de la información y el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y servicio al cliente.

Responsabilidades

  • Ejecutar el proceso diario de facturación para clientes nacionales e internacionales.
  • Generar y procesar transacciones de despacho, facturación y salida de mercancías según los procedimientos establecidos.
  • Coordinar las actividades de facturación de acuerdo con los programas de embarque y requerimientos de los clientes.
  • Mantener actualizada y organizada la documentación relacionada con facturación, despachos y logística.
  • Administrar y controlar inventarios de suministros de oficina y de la operación de despachos requeridos para la operación.
  • Archivar y resguardar documentación para garantizar la trazabilidad de la información y facilitar procesos de auditoría.
  • Gestionar y mantener registros fotográficos de cargas y contenedores cuando sea requerido.
  • Brindar soporte administrativo y operativo a las diferentes áreas relacionadas con la cadena de suministro.
  • Cumplir con los procedimientos establecidos en los sistemas de gestión de calidad, ambiente, energía, carbono neutralidad y salud ocupacional.
  • Participar activamente en las iniciativas de seguridad, salud y protección ambiental de la organización.

¿Qué Estamos Buscando?

  • Bachillerato en Educación Media concluido.
  • Estudios técnicos o universitarios en Administración de Empresas, Logística o carreras afines son deseables.
  • Experiencia previa en procesos de facturación, logística, despacho o servicio al cliente.
  • Conocimiento de procesos administrativos y documentación logística.
  • Manejo intermedio de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
  • Experiencia utilizando sistemas ERP; conocimientos en SAP representan una ventaja.
  • Capacidad para organizar, administrar y controlar documentación de manera eficiente.
  • Licencia de conducir D3 vigente.
  • Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con plazos establecidos.
