Procuramos um soldador de peças metálicas e tubos de aço inox/ super duplex para se juntar à nossa equipe com sede em Vila Velha/ ES, Brasil, reportando-se a Gerente Offshore, você será responsável pelos processos especiais, como soldas, emendas (Cabo elétrico e ópticos) e testes elétricos e hidráulicos em Umbilicais eletro-hidraúlico.

Funções e Responsabilidades: Soldador Especializado Jr.

  • Examinar as peças a serem soldadas, verificando especificações e detalhes necessários à execução da soldagem;
  • Aplicar as diretrizes de segurança para soldagem, incluindo o uso adequado de EPIs e o manuseio correto de ferramentas, equipamentos e instrumentos, de forma a prevenir acidentes;
  • Executar as metodologias e os procedimentos de soldagem estabelecidos para os diferentes diâmetros e espessuras de tubos, seguindo orientação técnica e a EPS aplicável;
  • Aplicar os conhecimentos teóricos e práticos relacionados às técnicas, aos processos e às etapas de soldagem, cumprindo os requisitos de qualidade, segurança, saúde e meio ambiente;
  • Interpretar a Especificação de Procedimento de Soldagem (EPS) aplicável à atividade, com orientação quando necessário;
  • Auxiliar no controle dos consumíveis de soldagem, tais como gases, eletrodos e arames;
  • Auxiliar na verificação da condição e da calibração dos equipamentos e instrumentos utilizados, comunicando desvios ao responsável;
  • Executar soldagem TIG (GTAW), conforme qualificação e EPS aplicável, sob orientação quando necessário;9. Executar soldagem MIG/MAG (GMAW), conforme qualificação e EPS aplicável, sob orientação quando necessário;
  • Executar soldagem por Eletrodo Revestido (SMAW) e Arame Tubular (FCAW), conforme qualificação e EPS aplicável, sob orientação quando necessário;
  • Preparar as partes a serem soldadas, realizando chanfro, limpeza e posicionamento adequados, a fim de assegurar a qualidade da soldagem;
  • Selecionar os materiais a serem empregados, consultando desenhos, especificações e demais instruções técnicas aplicáveis;
  • Selecionar o equipamento adequado à atividade, considerando as instruções de trabalho, a aplicação da peça e o material a ser soldado;
  • Realizar o acabamento das peças utilizando equipamentos rotativos manuais e elétricos, quando aplicável;
  • Assegurar que as atividades sejam executadas de acordo com as normas, os procedimentos técnicos e os requisitos de qualidade, segurança e meio ambiente;
  • Participar de serviços de manutenção preventiva, corretiva e/ou emergencial, conforme as necessidades do cliente externo;
  • Registrar, em boletins e documentos de controle, os dados e as informações relevantes referentes aos serviços realizados;
  • Conhecer e compreender as políticas e os procedimentos da Prysmian relacionados a HSE;
  • Cumprir os requisitos legais e internos aplicáveis a HSE e aos Sistemas de Gestão, de acordo com sua competência, conscientização e treinamentos recebidos;
  • Preservar o meio ambiente e comunicar acidentes, desvios e situações inseguras ao responsável direto e/ou à área de HSE.
