  • Wsparcie Kierownika Budowy w bieżącej realizacji inwestycji,
  • Nadzór nad jakością i terminowością robót wykonywanych przez podwykonawców,
  • Codzienna kontrola zgodności robót z dokumentacją projektową oraz harmonogramem,
  • Wykonywanie obmiarów robót,
  • Przygotowywanie zapytań ofertowych oraz zamówień materiałów,
  • Kontrola dostaw materiałów i sprzętu,
  • Koordynacja prac podwykonawców na budowie,
  • Sporządzanie protokołów odbiorów robót zanikających i częściowych,
  • Przygotowywanie dokumentacji powykonawczej,
  • Prowadzenie dokumentacji budowy (rejestry, protokoły, zdjęcia, raporty),
  • Współpraca z projektantami, inwestorem i inspektorem nadzoru,
  • Udział w naradach koordynacyjnych,
  • Kontrola przestrzegania zasad BHP na placu budowy,
  • Raportowanie postępu robót do Kierownika Budowy.

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Inżynier budownictwa - budownictwo ogólne język obcy - polski, w mowie: C2 - biegły, w piśmie: C2 - biegły umiejetności - bprawo jazdy kat. B umiejetności - znajomość obsługi Microsoft Excel umiejetności - Dobre zdolności interpersonalne oraz komunikacyjne Umiejętności: znajomość AutoCAD, znajomość dokumentacji technicznej oraz umiejętność wykonywania obmiarów robót;, Mile widziane: -doświadczenie przy obiektach handlowych lub przemysłowych, -znajomość MS Project, znajomość Norma PRO lub BIMestiMate, -rozpoczęta praktyka do uprawnień budowlanych.
