- Realizacja podstawy programowej wychowania przedszkolnego. - Planowanie pracy dydaktyczno-wychowawczej (np. plany miesięczne). - Prowadzenie zajęć edukacyjnych i zabaw rozwijających dostosowanych do wieku dzieci (34 lat). - Wspieranie każdego dziecka w jego indywidualnym rozwoju. - Kształtowanie u dzieci postaw moralnych, patriotycznych oraz społecznych. - Zadania opiekuńcze i bezpieczeństwo: - Czuwanie nad bezpieczeństwem i zdrowiem dzieci podczas zajęć w przedszkolu, spacerów i wycieczek. - Sprawowanie opieki higienicznej i wspieranie dzieci w czynnościach samoobsługowych. - Obserwacja i diagnoza: o Prowadzenie systematycznej obserwacji pedagogicznej mającej na celu poznanie możliwości i potrzeb rozwojowych dziecka. - Monitorowanie osiągnięć przedszkolnych (w tym przygotowanie dzieci do podjęcia nauki w szkole gotowość szkolna). - Rejestrowanie wyników obserwacji w wyznaczonych okresach roku szkolnego. - Współpraca z rodzicami i specjalistami: o Współdziałanie z rodzicami/opiekunami prawnymi w sprawach wychowania i postępów dzieci. - Współpraca ze specjalistami świadczącymi pomoc psychologiczno-pedagogiczną lub opiekę zdrowotną. - Organizowanie zebranych z rodzicami oraz uroczystości przedszkolnych.
