Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the overall operations.
  • Supervise and lead the crews to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle opening and closing duties.
  • Manage staff scheduling, deployment and manpower planning.
  • Conduct staff training, coaching and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints.

Requirements:.

  • Previous supervisory or leading a team experience is an advantage.
  • Good leadership and people management skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage the overall operations.
  • Responsible, hands-on and able to work rotating shifts.

Working Days: 5 working days per week Working Location: Singapore Islandwide
