Rollen

Som operatör blir du en viktig del av vårt produktionsteam. Du ansvarar för att köra och övervaka maskiner, säkerställa produktkvalitet och bidra till att produktionen flyter på effektivt. Hos oss är du inte bara en kugge i maskineriet – du är en central del i att leverera den höga kvalitet som våra kunder förväntar sig.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Köra, övervaka och justera maskiner enligt instruktioner
  • Säkerställa att produktionen håller rätt kvalitet och följer satta rutiner
  • Utföra enklare underhåll och rapportera eventuella avvikelser
  • Dokumentera produktionsresultat och kvalitetskontroller
  • Bidra till ordning, reda och en säker arbetsmiljö
  • Samarbeta nära kollegor inom produktion, underhåll och kvalitet

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som vill växa tillsammans med oss. Du är ansvarstagande, noggrann och gillar att arbeta praktiskt. Du trivs i ett team men kan även ta egna initiativ när det behövs. Erfarenhet av att läsa och tolka tekniska ritningar är meriterande.
