Bei Personal Sigma Schwyz besetzt du Dauerstellen für KMU in der Region, kaufmännisch, technisch und im Kaderbereich. Du begleitest Firmen und Kandidaten vom ersten Gespräch bis zur Vertragsunterschrift.

Du musst noch nie als Personalberater/in gearbeitet haben. Wichtiger ist, dass du Verkaufserfahrung mitbringst, gerne auf Menschen zugehst und einen bestehenden Kundenstamm weiter ausbauen willst. Das Handwerk der Personalberatung bringen wir dir bei.

Das machst du

  • Du gewinnst neue Firmenkunden durch Telefonakquise und Besuche und baust den bestehenden Kundenstamm aus
  • Du klärst Vakanzen mit Geschäftsführern und HR-Verantwortlichen ab
  • Du suchst Kandidaten aktiv über LinkedIn, Datenbank und Netzwerk und führst Interviews und Referenzauskünfte
  • Du begleitest den Prozess bis zur Anstellung und verhandelst Honorare

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder Vergleichbares
  • Mindestens 2-3 Jahre nachweisbare Verkaufserfahrung, z. B. aus Versicherung, Bank, Aussendienst oder Personalberatung
  • Erfahrung mit Akquise und Abschlüssen ohne Berührungsängste
  • Sehr gute Kommunikation und ein sicheres, gewinnendes Auftreten
  • Wohnort im Kanton Schwyz
