Ihre Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten: ###

  • Sie beherrschen die Beratung und Betreuung von Privatkunden sowie Architekten mit Finesse und Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Anfertigen von Angeboten und Offerten, die bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss führen, inklusive der Anwendung von Triviso
  • Präzise Umsetzung individueller Kundenwünsche mit handwerklichem Geschick
  • Planung, Design und Visualisierung von Küchenprojekten auf einem erstklassigen Niveau, unter Verwendung von Winner
  • Erstellung detaillierter 2D/3D-Pläne mit Point Line für eine präzise Umsetzung
  • Enge Abstimmung von Massen und Abläufen mit der Bauleitung für reibungslose Prozesse
  • Übernahme der Verantwortung für Qualität, Kosten und Termine jedes einzelnen Projekts
  • Abschliessende Nachkalkulation und Abrechnung aller Projekte für eine transparente und effiziente Abwicklung

Ihre berufliche Expertise: ###

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Schreiner EFZ oder gleichwertige Ausbildung, allenfalls mit Weiterbildung zum technischen Kaufmann
  • Erfahrung im Verkaufsbereich und fundiertes Fachwissen im Innenausbau
  • Begeisterung für moderne, innovative Küchen und die kreative Gestaltung von Innenausbauprojekten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit gegenüber Kunden und Kollegen
  • Anwendung einer präzisen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise, kombiniert mit einem hohen Mass an Engagement
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit und die Bereitschaft, sich aktiv ins Team einzubringen
