Estamos busca um(a) Analista de Logística Pleno para atuar com autonomia e ser referência técnica da área. Você vai analisar e resolver exceções, conduzir processos de ponta a ponta.

A posição atua sobre o ciclo dos equipamentos de clientes e da PSA (tablets, totens, rastreadores, chips e eSIM): emissão fiscal, estoque, expedição, logística reversa e rastreabilidade dos ativos, em contato com clientes como bancos, técnicos de campo, transportadoras e áreas internas.

Quais serão suas responsabilidades?

  • Tratar exceções fiscais (carga retida, DIFAL, carta de correção, cancelamento e devolução) junto à SEFAZ, ao Financeiro e à contabilidade, cumprindo prazos.
  • • Conduzir inventários rotativos e gerais, investigar a causa das divergências e executar os ajustes no ERP com evidências.
  • • Conciliar a base interna de ativos com a base do cliente (ex.: CMDB, vínculo totem x tablet), tratar divergências e fornecer evidências para faturamento e chamados.
  • • Comparar cotações e definir modal e transportadora por prazo e custo, conferir faturas de frete contra NFs, contestar cobranças indevidas e atender demandas regionais, como entregas em praças remotas.
  • • Coordenar operações de logística reversa em escala nacional, alinhando clientes, técnicos e transportadoras e controlando pendências até o fechamento.
  • • Construir os indicadores da área, analisar tendências e desvios e apresentar os resultados na reunião mensal com propostas de ação.
  • • Tratar insatisfações e escalonamentos de clientes, antecipando problemas e propondo soluções.

Competências Técnicas

  • • Experiência com emissão e regularização de NF-e nas operações logísticas, com conhecimento de CFOP, natureza da operação e tributos (ICMS, DIFAL, PIS/COFINS).
  • • Vivência no tratamento de ocorrências fiscais junto à SEFAZ, incluindo guias DAE/GNRE.
  • • Experiência com gestão de estoque e inventários em ERP (desejável conhecimento do ERP Flex) e análise de divergências entre físico e sistêmico.
  • • Experiência com controle de ativos por serial, hostname e patrimônio e conciliação de bases (desejável conhecimento de CorpTrack ou CMDB).
  • • Conhecimento de expedição e fretes: cotação, escolha de modal e transportadora, Correios e conferência de faturas de frete contra NFs.
  • • Experiência em logística reversa: recolhimentos, trocas e devoluções em escala nacional.
  • • Excel avançado (PROCV/PROCX, tabelas dinâmicas) e construção de indicadores.
