Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?

  • Realizar o acompanhamento técnico de rastreadores, garantindo seu funcionamento adequado;
  • Monitorar o desempenho e as atualizações dos equipamentos;
  • Agendar visitas técnicas conforme necessidade;
  • Elaborar materiais técnicos de apoio e documentação;
  • Apoiar nas rotinas operacionais e administrativas do setor;
  • Registrar e organizar as atividades utilizando planilhas no Excel;

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo ou em andamento nas áreas de Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Domínio intermediário do Pacote Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint e Excel);
  • Boa dicção e habilidade de comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Perfil proativo, ágil e com foco em resolução de problemas;
  • Desejável experiência anterior com suporte técnico.
