Operations Supervisor PSC Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This position is responsible for ensuring safe, efficient operations, developing employees, and delivering exceptional customer service. Qualified candidates interested in relocation opportunities are encouraged to apply. Job Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily operations while promoting a strong safety culture Maintain compliance with regulations, company policies, and safety standards Identify and implement process improvements that enhance safety, efficiency, and productivity Manage employee performance through coaching, training, and accountability Coordinate personnel, equipment, and work schedules to meet operational and customer needs Collaborate with PSC’s commercial team to sustain and grow the site’s book of business through proactive identification of opportunities and scope expansions. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, employees, and leadership Exercise sound judgment and decision-making in a fast-paced environmentComplete other duties as assigned

Qualifications 

Previous supervisory, leadership, or team lead experience preferred Industrial, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or related experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels of the organization  Ability to speak, read, and write English Regular attendance and punctuality required Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to wear required PPE and pass any associated medical evaluations Ability to work in an industrial environment with exposure to chemicals, fumes, odors, and other site conditions
