The Manager, Marketing Analytics leads the marketing analytics function and a team of analytics professionals supporting Marketing, Digital Experience, Retail, Product, and other lines of business. The role establishes measurement strategy, reporting standards, analytical priorities, and executive insights that improve marketing effectiveness, member growth, product adoption, engagement, and retention.

This manager is responsible for moving the function beyond report production to clear interpretation, recommendations, and decision support. The role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to define business questions, KPIs, attribution approaches, test designs, dashboards, and analytical roadmaps. The manager balances recurring reporting with deeper analysis, predictive capabilities, and long-term measurement modernization.

The position leads and develops analysts, manages competing priorities in a matrixed environment, ensures data quality and governance, and translates complex findings into concise recommendations leaders can act on. The role also partners with Research & Insights, Lifecycle & Engagement, Paid Media, Marketing Strategy, Product, and Digital Experience to support audience analysis, campaign and journey measurement, forecasting, data activation, and future personalization capabilities.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am -4:00pm. This position will be a hybrid model both in person and remote with minimum of onsite expectation of 40% or as needed.

In this position, you will

  • Functional Leadership & Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop a team of analytics professionals. Set priorities, assign work, manage performance, build career paths, and establish expectations for analytical rigor, responsiveness, business partnership, and executive communication.
  • Marketing Measurement Strategy: Own the marketing measurement framework, including KPI definitions, campaign and channel performance, membership growth, product adoption, lifecycle and journey performance, promotion effectiveness, media efficiency, return on investment, and retention or attrition measures.
  • Executive Reporting & Decision Support: Develop and oversee executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, presentations, and recurring performance reviews. Translate results into clear implications, risks, opportunities, and recommendations that support investment and strategic decisions.
  • Business Partnership Across Lines of Business: Partner with Marketing, Product, Digital Experience, Retail, Lending, Deposits, and other functions to clarify business questions, define analytical approaches, balance competing needs, and deliver insights that support multiple lines of business.
  • Advanced Analytics & Growth Insights: Direct complex analysis using statistical methods, segmentation, experimentation, forecasting, propensity modeling, trend analysis, and behavioral data to identify drivers of acquisition, engagement, product usage, inactivity, retention, and growth.
  • Attribution, Experimentation & Optimization: Advance campaign attribution, media effectiveness, test design, A/B and multivariate testing, incrementality, and optimization practices. Ensure leaders understand the appropriate uses and limitations of each measurement approach.
  • Audience, Lifecycle & Personalization Analytics: Partner with Research & Insights and Lifecycle & Engagement to measure audience performance, support existing segmentation frameworks, identify activation opportunities, evaluate journeys, and enable future personalization and next-best-action capabilities.
  • Data Modernization & Activation: Partner with Digital Experience, Data, and Technology teams to define marketing data requirements and improve access, integration, and activation through Snowflake and other enterprise platforms. Focus on scalable, governed use of data rather than platform administration.
  • Data Quality, Governance & Standards: Establish clear metric definitions, analytical methodologies, documentation, validation controls, privacy practices, and quality standards. Resolve inconsistencies and ensure reporting is accurate, repeatable, and trusted across the organization.
  • Portfolio Prioritization & Delivery Management: Manage the analytics portfolio using transparent intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and roadmap practices. Balance executive reporting, recurring business support, ad hoc requests, quick-turn analysis, and long-term capability development.
  • Analytical Storytelling & Influence: Challenge assumptions constructively, frame decisions clearly, and use data storytelling to influence senior stakeholders. Ensure the team consistently answers what happened, why it happened, what it means, and what should happen next.
  • Continuous Improvement & Capability Building: Improve analytical processes, tools, automation, self-service reporting, and team standards. Evaluate emerging methods and technologies and build a scalable marketing intelligence capability aligned to enterprise priorities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
