The posting

Vitas Group är den ledande leverantören av smarta HVAC-lösningar i Norden. Vi söker nu en Applikationsspecialist som vill ta ägandeskap över vår D365 Finance & Operations-plattform och bidra till vår fortsatta digitala utveckling.

Rollen Som Applikationsspecialist kommer du att vara bryggan mellan IT och verksamheten. Du kommer att förvalta, utveckla och optimera D365 F&O samt stödja processförbättringar inom vår nordiska verksamhet.

Du arbetar nära intressenter inom ekonomi, supply chain, produktion och försäljning, och säkerställer att vår ERP-plattform skapar verkligt affärsvärde.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Förvalta och utveckla D365 Finance & Operations
  • Samla in verksamhetskrav och implementera lösningar
  • Driva processförbättringar och standardiseringsinitiativ
  • Koordinera och hantera externa konsulter och partners
  • Stödja användare genom utbildning och löpande systemsupport
  • Förbättra datakvalitet och affärsflöden

Din profil Vi tror att du har:

  • 3+ års erfarenhet av D365 F&O eller AX 2012
  • God förståelse för ERP-processer inom ekonomi, supply chain eller tillverkning
  • Erfarenhet av systemkonfiguration, integrationer och processutveckling
  • Förmåga att översätta verksamhetsbehov till praktiska lösningar

Meriterande:

  • Erfarenhet av Power Platform eller Power BI
  • Erfarenhet av masterdata, rapportering eller datakvalitetsinitiativ
  • Erfarenhet från nordiska eller internationella organisationer

Som person är du proaktiv, samarbetsorienterad och lösningsfokuserad. Du kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska och trivs med att arbeta nära både verksamhetens intressenter och IT-partners.
