⚽ Stage lopen bij PSV betekent leren in het hart van de topsport.

PSV is een van de meest toonaangevende voetbalclubs van Nederland, met een rijke historie én de ambitie om elke dag beter te worden. Die drang naar vooruitgang voel je niet alleen op het veld, maar ook daarbuiten.

Bij een club die altijd in beweging is, ziet geen dag er hetzelfde uit. Een wedstrijd staat vast, maar wat eromheen gebeurt niet. Plannen kunnen veranderen, prioriteiten verschuiven en er kan altijd iets gebeuren dat om directe actie vraagt. Dat maakt het werk soms hectisch, maar vooral uitdagend.

Je staat open voor nieuwe ervaringen, pakt verantwoordelijkheid wanneer dat nodig is en werkt graag samen. Of je nu meedraait op PSV Campus De Herdgang of in het Philips Stadion, jouw inzet helpt de club vooruit en jij ontwikkelt je in een omgeving waar het tempo hoog ligt.

⚽ Wie ben jij?

Jij bent een leergierige en proactieve student met interesse in e‑commerce en digitale ontwikkelingen. Je voelt je thuis in een professionele organisatie waar tempo wordt gemaakt en samenwerken centraal staat.

Tijdens deze stage maak je onderdeel uit van het E‑commerce team, dat verantwoordelijk is voor de online verkoopkanalen van PSV, waaronder de PSV FANstore (online). Het team werkt nauw samen met marketing, content en externe partners om supporters optimaal te bedienen.

⚽ Wat ga je doen?

Tijdens deze stage ondersteun je het e‑commerce team bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Het gaat om een meewerkstage van 32–40 uur per week.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Optimaliseren van webshopcontent door het schrijven van converterende productteksten en het verbeteren van productdata voor de Nederlandstalige en Engelstalige webshops;
  • Operationeel beheren en optimaliseren van de webshop, waaronder het toevoegen en controleren van producten en content;
  • Analyseren van online verkoopresultaten, conversie en klantgedrag met tools zoals Google Analytics en CrazyEgg;
  • Ondersteunen bij online marketingcampagnes via Google, TikTok en META;
  • Meewerken aan AI‑toepassingen voor productomschrijvingen, beeldoptimalisatie en data‑analyse;
  • Ondersteunen bij omnichannel werkzaamheden, zoals de FANdesk, logistiek en marketingacties wanneer nodig.

  • Je volgt een relevante HBO-opleiding (bijv. CE, SPECO, Bedrijfskunde of Online Marketing;
  • Je hebt affiniteit met e‑commerce en online marketing
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
  • Je bent proactief en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
  • Je bent enthousiast en flexibel
  • Je hebt passie voor sport en bij voorkeur voor voetbal
